Daniel Milton Norman, 77, of Woodville went home to be with his Lord and Savior Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Fauquier Health Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He was born April 22, 1935 in Rappahannock County to the late Milton and Read Obituary
Daniel will truly be missed by all, but very welcomed in Heaven. Never a cross word heard from or about this TRUE GENTLEMAN. My childred learned so much under
his teaching at HOPE HILL CHURCH, along with his lovely wife Bessie. I know you are
in heaven greeting all with "Hello Buddy". My prayers are with your wonderful family..
Mr. Norman and his wife were my Sunday School teachers all through my youth at Hope Hill Baptist Church. I always looked forward to our time together because Dan & Bessie would spoil all of us. Mr. Norman never knew a stranger and truly cared for everyone he met. I'll miss seeing you waiting at the door of church to greet everyone "Hey buddy how's my buddy?" Everyone was your buddy. You will be missed but I know you are watching us all from above. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Norman family during this difficult time.
Mr. Norman was a very nice man, and I felt honored to have known him.

We will surely miss Mr. Norman.... He was such a nice person. We will never forget seeing him at Country Cooking coming over to our table and talking to us. He would speak and have something to say to each one of our four children, he would start with, "Hi Buddy" .. he and Bessie came to our oldest sons graduation and that meant so much to us. He will surley be missed by all of us. We need to be ready to meet him one glorious day. We will be praying for Bessie and the family for Gods comfort in this time of sorrow. When I think of Daniel, I think of his kind and gentle ways, I think of his smile and his sincere and warm greetings. He was an avid fan of Rappahannock sports and really enjoyed attending games. My thoughts and prayers go out to Steve, Mom and Kenny during this difficult time! He was truly a great man and I feel fortunate to of known him!
