Kay and McKayla,
Mom and I pray that God will comfort you and ease the loss you bear. It will be the little things that you will remember… the quiet moments, the smiles, the laughter. And although it may seem hard right now, it will be the memories of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again. Lean on God… he is with you. Within our hearts and in our memories those we love remain with us… always. Much love, Glynis Blankenship and Lori Davis

Chris I met you back in the 90s - we both commuted to work - you from Fauquier, me from Culpeper. I remember the time - you had that little ole Toyota pickup truck and I was broke down and you helped me. We car pooled together many times throughout the years. You drove me to Fairfax hospital when I had an asthma attack at work. Your love and devotion to your family was unmatched. Anyone that knew you, knew that Makayla was the apple of your eye. I always looked forward to hearing updates and you were always eager to show me pictures of Makayla's adventures and accomplishments. Your Navy Federal family will miss you greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with the Colgan family. 🙏🏼
Ed and Pat and the rest of the Colgan Family - Chip and I are so sorry about Chris' passing. We will be keeping you in our thoughts and prayers in the coming days. All our love - Chip, Becky and the Miller Boys
I am so sorry to hear of Chris' passing. I have worked with Chris for nearly 20 years at Navy Federal, and considered him a good friend. We always had our common bonds of deer hunting and fishing, so there was never a lag in our conversations, and we always a story to tell. He will be greatly missed.
