Charlotte M. Shackelford passed away May 7, 2021.
Charlotte is survived by her children, Patricia Thorburn (Allan), and Doug Shackelford; three grandchildren, Kathy Dameron (George), Mark Thorburn (Jill), and Karen Fontenot (Larry); 12 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild due this month; sister, Phyllis Raynes of Central Valley, CA; brother, Eugene Mossey of Whittier, CA; many nieces and nephews; and her second family, Dick and Sherry Moynaham and family.
Services will be private.
