My dear Charlie! You are so very missed here at the offices of Taft. There are two hours on the clock that will always remind me of you (3:30 and 4:15). I looked forward to seeing you come around the corner so we could talk about the latest Culpeper news amongst all the other things. You were a good man Charlie Puller and I am thankful to have gotten the opportunity to know you.

Charlie was a man of God and served as a longtime member of Good Hope Baptist Church as a trustee. Although he was not a man of many words his quiet spirt was nothing short of showing how caring he was.

He poised such a genuine and peaceful spirit and it was always a delight to be in his presence. I will definitely miss our laughs we shared. He was so caring and touched many in our family with his listening ear and caring heart. He will dearly be missed. May he rest peacefully in the Lords hands.
