Charles Raymond Woodard's Obituary
Charles Raymond Woodard, 81, of Culpeper, died Saturday, September 14, 2024 at his home. He was born March 8, 1943, in Culpeper County to the late Harry and Catherine Woodard.
Charles is survived by his wife, Tilta Marie Foster Woodard; two sisters, Mary Gough and Margaret Brown; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two children, Joyce A. Johnson and Charles Raymond Woodard, Jr.; and one brother, Harry Woodard, Jr.
Services will be private.
