Charles William Ellis, 49, of Herndon died Friday, November 1, 2013 at his residence. He was born November 15, 1963 in Washington DC to George and Joan Scott Ellis.
He is survived by his siblings; Jennifer Lynn Ellis of Ocean City, MD, Robert Edward Ellis of Aldie, VA and David Andrew Ellis and his wife, Jennifer of Culpeper; and niece and nephew, Alison Ellis and Jacob Ellis.
The family will hold a celebration of his life on his birthday, Friday, November 15, 2013 at 12 pm at Salem Volunteer Fire Department, 13428 Scotts Mill Rd, Culpeper.
