Chief Ellis & family,

Although we have not seen Chuck since we moved away from the Metro D.C area we were best friends for many years in our Vienna youth. Chuck was always a happy go luck type of person, and he fit in with our friends and family immediately. Our condolences to your family for this huge loss. He will be missed. Unfortunately we will not be able to attend. Please give our regards to the entire family.

This year Chuck's birthday falls on Friday, the evening of the Sabbath, I know it will be a special day!

Aunt Joan, Uncle Bill, Dave, Bob and Jennifer - PLease know that I share in your grief at Chuck's passing. While its been a long time since I have seen you all - I remember how fun Chuck was growing up and how he could always make the rest of us cousins smile and have a good time when we were together.
