My condolences to the Bourne family. I remember a hard working patient determined to get out of the hospital to see his loving wife "Momma". We shared some good conversations at Heathsouth and Charlie left a lasting impression on me. He taught me a lot about crabs and life. Both Charlie and Hazel are well respected in the White Oak community and will be greatly missed. I will never forget Charlie and his speedy red rollator. I know The crabman and momma are together in heaven where the crabs are always biting. God bless. ~Kristen Parisi, DPT

I was sadened to hear of Charlie's passing as well as Hazel's. I did not know them long but grew to love them both. I enjoyed working and visiting with them both. May your family find peace in knowing they are back together again in a place where there is no pain.

We are sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Charlie. Our prayers are with the family. I have known Mr. Charlie and Miss Hazel since I was a little girl and they were just wonderful people. I remember coming into the store setting down with them eating ham sandwich. They were just nice people. I will surely miss them.

Granddaddy im gonna miss your sense of humor your laugh and your smile. It was very rare that I ever saw you mad. When I always went out with my friends I remember you would ask me if I was going "courtin". Its so unreal that you are gone but I knew how much you missed grandma and how you wanted to be with her after she passed me and you talked about her everyday. I can see you and grandma up in heaven together now smiling down on all of what y'all have created for us and how proud you are. No more pain and no more suffering I'm gonna miss you both so much but I know you are both at internal peace especially now you have each other I love you grandma and granddaddy
Love your special granddaughter
