I am so sorry for your loss. Carroll was a close friend and dance partner at JMU. Over the years it’s mostly been xmas cards. I always thought we’d get together again for a visit and I am so disappointed that we didn’t. Carroll was funny, kind, thoughtful, generous and a good dancer…we had a lot of good times together. I am sending you a hug Carroll and wish it were in person.

I just found out about Mr. Carroll and I am so sorry for the family’s loss. I often saw him walking Gabby when I was walking my dog, and he always stopped to talk to us and made us smile and laugh. He made my day brighter when I first moved to Culpeper five years ago and didn’t know anyone. He was a kind soul and we will miss him deeply in our community.
