Thomas Washington sent a virtual gift in memory of Carolyn Williams

Although I didn’t have the opportunity to spend much time with Ms. Carolyn personally, I did have the pleasure of seeing her from time to time at Kentucky Fried Chicken. I have, however, spent time with her daughter, Sherene, through my sister Denise whenever our families gathered for celebrations.
It didn’t take long to recognize that Sherene’s kindness, compassion, beautiful spirit, loyalty, and honesty are a reflection of the values her mother instilled in her. Ms. Carolyn’s love and character live on through her children. Anyone who has the privilege of knowing Sherene experiences the same warmth, generosity, and genuine heart that Ms. Carolyn so graciously shared with others throughout her life.
Ms. Carolyn’s legacy will continue to shine through the lives she touched and through the remarkable woman she raised. May her memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved her.

To all of Carolyn's Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Carolyn's passing. I will forever remember her working at KFC in Culpeper. I worked at the CMI Office so would see her when she brought in reports or they were having meetings. She was always smiling. Best of all.. loved getting the KFC coleslaw (still do!) but I would call first to see if she was working! She made the best as she knew how to use that little bit of sugar that made it taste so good. She was a really nice Lady & will be missed by many. Sending condolences & prayers that your Memories will keep her close to your Heart.

I had no idea that this beautiful soul had took her rest, until seeing this obituary. I just remember Cousin Carolyn as one the most sweetest and loving people ever!! I always loved coming to her house with my Dad (Bobby), and felt proud every time I got to throw the news paper towards the house, when I had my paper route at the Star Exponent. I remember her at Kentucky Fried Chicken and working with Imogene at the Aberdeen Barn I will cherish both their memories forever!! Love you family!!!

To the family of Carolyn:
I worked with Carolyn at KFC in Warrenton Va, such a wonderful person to be around, she would have me laughing, but we knew when she was serious too. After leaving in 2011, I still would stop by to visit
Sleep peacefully 🌹

I have fond memories of Carolyn during my teen years in Culpeper. She left a lasting impression on my life during my time of working with her at KFC. Not only was she a great manager, but a friend and confidant. I send my heartfelt condolences to her family. Rest in peace Carolyn. Until we meet again!
