Billy H Frazier's Obituary
Billy H. Frazier, 55, of Culpeper, passed away Monday, July 21, 2025, at Culpeper Health and Rehab. He was born June 15, 1970, to the late Henry Frazier, Jr., and Barbara Frazier in Virginia.
Billy is survived by his life partner, Annette Hope Hitt, sister, Sherry Timmons (Jimmy), children, Katlyn and Caleb, and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his son, James.
A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
