Billy was a really nice and easy going guy. He would help you anyway he could. Everyone that knew him knows he was a fighter for his health. But the most important thing he told us was that he had made a confession of faith awhile back and he was ready to go. Annette stay strong.
My family and I knew Billy for many years lots of laughs memories and great talks loved him like a son I will miss him greatly always ended with love you guys prayers to Annette and his family miss you love you greatly always your friend RAT
Billy has been a part of our family for a really long time. He was like a brother to me. I already miss that phone call that started "Hey Sis, what ya doing?" We shared many fun times and our family vacations won't be the same without him. Billy was an easy going guy with a big heart. He never met a stranger! He fought many health battles in his life and now he is pain free and I believe he is at peace with our Lord!
You're forever in our hearts, Billy!

While I only knew Billy a few short years, I came to love him like a brother. He was a great person to sit and have convo with and definitely could make me laugh. What I loved most about him was his love for life...to have a good time, to work hard, and play hard and spend it with friends he truly loved. If Billy liked you, you knew it. He genuinely cared about his friends and made sure he told them he loved them. And he was a straight shooter! I have love and respect for him and will miss him!
He fought hard to turn his health around and did a number of times. But to me he looked most at peace on his last day on earth. Billy was ready and wanted all to know he was.
Fly high my friend, we love and miss you!!!
