Beverly Whritenour Wampler's Obituary
Beverly Whritenour Wampler passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Beverly loved to be around her family and friends. Her heart was big enough for everyone. She loved holiday gatherings and special occasions so she could tell stories about days past. She was known for being the life of the party and had an infectious laugh. Her family mattered most and she was always the first to be there for anyone. She had a heavy heart with a light purse. She loved playing bingo with friends and a trip to Rosie’s was never turned down. She has a fine collection of bead paintings she would have proudly showed you. She was a hard worker and a thoughtful person. She was kind and generous. She was full of love and laughter and will be greatly missed.
Beverly is survived by her husband, Charles Wampler; her children, Susan Whritenour, Michael Jason Whritenour and his wife Jennifer, and Jamie Whritenour; her brother, Vernon Whritenour; grandchildren, Brandon Whritenour, Justin Whritenour, Ryan Whritenour, Shawn Whritenour, Alexis Whritenour, Jason Whritenour, Hailey Whritenour and Ethan Furr; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Joan Zichittella and Kathey Theresa; brother, James “Jimmy” Whritenour; and her parents, Vernon and Helene Whritenour.
