Benjamin Kyff's Obituary
Benjamin Tyler Kyff, age 21, of Culpeper passed away at his residence on August 21, 2010.
He enjoyed participating in Civil War Re-enactments, where he rode his horse “Peppi” in a Calvary Unit. He had a love of animals and volunteered at a young age at Caring for Creatures. He graduated from Culpeper County High School in June 2008 and was employed at Five Guys restaurant in Culpeper.
He is survived by his father, John L. Kyff, III of Culpeper, his mother, Meri Hockett Rosser and step-father, Mike Rosser of Callao, VA; grandparents, John and Elke Kyff, Jr. of Culpeper and Hencil and Elaine Hockett, of Boston, VA; three uncles, Eric Kyff of Culpeper, Gary Hockett of Hawaii and Barry Hockett of Centreville; and one aunt, Terri Hockett of Florida.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Rappahannock Church of Christ, 9514 Richmond Rd, Warsaw, VA 22572 with Rev. Walker Gaulding officiating.
