I have known Barbara for a very long time! She worked with me and my mom at Rappahannock Rapidan Community Services Board! My aunt was married to Bob Coffey so we had a family history to! I was so deeply saddened to hear that she had passed away! She was such a wonderful and sweet lady that I was very fond of! My deepest sympathy goes out to her family! She will be greatly missed by a lot of us!
