I remember Arthur from years ago when my boys were younger and we were all out around Rixeyville...good times.....I have fond memories of Arthur always handsome with a ready smile...saddens me ...the ones we have lost recently from those days gone by. My deepest sympathy to the Smoot Family ...RIP Arthur ....
Your helping hands have been a blessing to our family expecially since the passing of Robert. Oh how Claudia & Jackson enjoyed showing you all their latest trampoline tricks. I am grateful to have known you Arthur. Last time we spoke you reminded me "honey your gonna be just fine, but call if you need anything" & I know you meant it. Wayne & I will miss you.

Arthur, One of the "KINDEST" people I will ever know along with being a very loving, open hearted uncle. You have always showed a remarkable "SWEETNESS" that defintely touched me!!!!! You are already missed beyond words and I hope you are now having the best time of your life............I see you and Grandma chatting til no tomorrow and Uncle Curtis and Uncle Robert trying to get a word in!
