A very hearth felt sense comes to mind, when haring of another Musician, Song writer, Arranger, Guitarist, lead-Vocalist Annette Desantis passed to the Lord. Annette Desantis was an extremely talented Musician with ambition, and vibration, and who “kept the Band” together throughout the many years of EVE”S FACES ! A band Annette Desantis took extreme pride and, believe me if you ever had the opportunity to ever work with this extraordinary Artist, then you would understand. Annette was a perfectionist in her presence on the stage, while performing for many crowds, with her endless Bonnie Raitt “Janice Janis Joplin" impressions (which is totally unmatched), known to be “bluesy”, funky, a hard-rocker, and ventured into original recording material which was her life time goal and, she accomplished that too. R. I. P Annette Desantis "The Doctor"
Yes, Annette Desantis was one of the most profoundly unappreciated Musical Artists whom, should have been highly recognized for her commitment, dedication, loyalty and devotion to her creative craft. I've learned a lot from Annette Desantis, with respects to all kinds and forms of musical knowledge, education and experience. Jeffrey Moore, was a tremendous leader and performed with the highest integrity that is possible. If (He\or We) didn’t. we would hear Annette Desantis tell us "to tighten it up" Both Jeffrey Moore with Annette Desantis and along with Ripp Russell was the foundation of "Eve's Faces" Band”. A band that everyone knew that simply jammed period. There was no slouching while performing with the band. I will always miss the "dueling Harmonica” songs Annette Desantis and I used to pull-off at live shows. She was an inspirational and musical amazing individual. her life, VOICE Guitar and charismatic animation particularly on stage live, was so incredible. I remember always waiting in anticipation for "Gigs" that were booked on and we all performed together on the same stage, while the chemistry of the members of the band had perfect persona. Annette Desantis is one of the very best persons I've had the esteemed privilege of working with. Thank you Annette Desantis, Jeffrey Moore, Ripp Russell, Leon, Sherry and Larry Bunty, and Dave Walker, including Kenny Kirby, Dave Walker and many others for ALWAYS being Ready for "GIG"-time. I
of course love you all.
