She has been gone five years now. Long, long before she died, we had parted company after our relationship did not work out. But I remember her well, and fondly. She was always nice and considerate with me. She knew how to treat people well. She gave me some happy memories of good times in DC and Maine that I still cherish.
I hope she had a happy life in the intervening years. It is sad that it was ended by a kidney condition that she knew would shorten her life. I hope her quality of life was maintained as well as possible and that she was never in great discomfort.
Rest in Peace Forever.
