William Wallace Minder's Obituary
William Wallace Minder, 91, of Culpeper died Thursday, December 4, 2008 at Culpeper Regional Hospital. He was born January 5, 1917 in Washington, D.C. to the late Jacob and Daisy Schlosser Minder.
Mr. Minder served his country as a firefighter in the United States Navy. He later became captain of the fire department for Anacostia Naval Station where he served for 30 years.
He is survived by his stepson, Rodger Miller of Maryland, nine grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and loving uncle of George and Janice Stover of Culpeper.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Minder and one son, William W. Minder.
