William Thomas Toombs, 85, of Spotsylvania County passed away Saturday, December 25, 2010 at Bowling Green Health Care Center. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Ida Elizabeth; four sons, Thomas C. Toombs and his wife, Arlen Read Obituary
