William Ambrose Sprague's Obituary
William Ambrose Sprague, 94, of Culpeper, died Monday, November 22, 2021 at The Culpeper. He was born April 4, 1927 in Skowhegan, Maine to the late Austin and Hazel Sprague.
William is survived by his wife, Beulah Sprague; one son, Jeffrey Alan Sprague; one daughter-in-law, Lynette Sprague; and four grandchildren, Christopher Sprague, Michael Sprague (Christina), Benjamin Sprague, and Daniel Sprague.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one son, William Austin Sprague.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 3, 2021 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA with Pastor Hans Murdock officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Culpeper National Cemetery. Honors will be provided by VFW Post 2524.
