William Cleveland Perkins' Obituary
William Cleveland (Bill) Perkins, 57, of Spotsylvania County passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Bill graduated from James Monroe High School in 1973 and graduated from JMU with two degrees in 1978.
Bill is survived by his fiancée, Teresa Ann Madison; his aunts and uncles, Joe and Nancy Flowers, Ike Perkins and Winnie Browning; his brother, Bruce Perkins; numerous cousins; his cats, Stella Louise and Ellie Mae, which he referred to them as, daddy’s girls; and his close friends, Linda, Dean, John, Alex and Brad.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Betty Perkins.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 26, 2012 in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fredericksburg with the Rev. Lowell Wright and Joe Flowers officiating. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Trinity Baptist Church, 135 Mansfield Road, Mineral, VA.
