Stephanie Lord (Bernard)
I will always remember him as the kindest, sweetest most caring father of my very best friend that I've ever met. He always had a smile on his face, and always a fun joke. I spent an enormous amount of time at the Modzik residence as a teen and he treated me and all of our friends as if we were truly family and never as just visitors coming to see his son. I knew that if he answered the door, I would always be welcomed with the warmest smile and he genuinely cared about others. So many times I can recall him inviting me to stay for dinner, making pizzas and snacks for us, and always the kindest soul who truly put others before himself. I have nothing but the fondest memories of an amazing man, father, and someone I looked up to and considered to be the epitome of what a good dad should be. He will be so deeply missed by so many as he touched the lives of not just his family and friends but his son's friends as well. I admired and adored him and am so deeply saddened by the news of his passing. He was the most wonderful dad I've ever met and my thoughts and prayers go out to all the Modzik family at this time, as well as so much love from not just me, but my family and friends as well who all had the extreme pleasure of knowing him.
