William Cleveland Menefee, 64, of Culpeper died Sunday, July 12, 2015 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was born November 17, 1950 to the late Cleveland and Della Atkins Menefee.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July16, 2015 at 11 am at Sperryville Cemetery with Pete Jenkins speaking.
