Vivian and I were shocked to learn of Pat's passing. He will be sorely missed for sure both as a neighbor and dear friend. He was one of the most accommodating and helpful people we know as he always responded to any home problems that we would share with him. That was Pat, always available. May God and your many friends help fill the void left by his passing.
