my deepest sympathy to your family. you dont know me, but i workrd with Bill 40 years ago at North Anna power station. We both lived in Culpeper and we rode to work together. I left the area in 1980 and only talked to Bill a couple of times since then.
I remember his porshe and his unique sense of humor. I know he was a good man.
