Darrell and I were so sorry to hear of the passing of Bill. He truly was a great man who cared for our Community! He will be missed and our thoughts and prayers are with all of the family!
We are so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Bill was always interested in our business and what we were doing. He always made common sense decisions for this county. He will truly be missed by all. God speed Bill. May you rest in eternal peace.

I remember Bill from many years ago when he would always unexpectedly visit the office of his friend whom I worked for to aid in managing his mother's affairs. He was so courteous and respectful of women. One day he came in when my employer was yelling at some inconsequential thing my employer usually did. Bill came up the stairs and I knew from the look on his face he was going to call my employer out for it and I stopped him explaining that this was what my employer usually did. Bill told me this sort of thing wasn't done. Of all the clients our office had, Bill was one of my favorites and I looked forward to him coming in.
