William Henry Carder, 75, of Culpeper, died Sunday, November 5, 2023 at his home. He was born May 15, 1948 in Warrenton to the late Robert Henry and Mary Ann Carder. William was a lifelong farmer and loved hunting. He is survive Read Obituary
William was a classmate at Ann Wingfield Elementary School. Years later Johnnie and I reconnected with him and his precious sister, Susan and brother, Marvin. What a blessing this family has been to everyone whoever had the blessing of knowing them! William had a wonderful smile and a contagious laugh! What fun it was to be graced to be around this family!
I remember a time many years ago, Mr. Carder, William, Tommy Beals and I went coon hunting together. We always had a good time listening to the hounds.
The Carder home is always a fun place to visit. William was usually the entertainer in charge; always with a big smile and some interesting happening on the farm. He was a pro at cracking walnuts, never letting a rainy day go to waste. The memories are too numerous to list.
Marvin and Susan, we are sorry for the empty space left by William's departure. We will miss him and will always remember the joy and laughter overflowing from your home.
