William "Bill" Wheeler, Sr.'s Obituary
William Albert “Bill” Wheeler, Sr., 66, of Culpeper died Thursday, September 20, 2018 at his residence. He was born December 8, 1951 in Oneida, NY to the late Alvin and Clara Foster Wheeler.
He enjoyed bowling at Mountain Run Bowling and being with his bowling friends. Together with his wife, Sarah (while struggling with cancer) started a business that has been growing, “New 2 U” thrift store in Madison, VA. Bill attended Woodville Baptist Church and believed helping others was the Christian thing to do.
