William "Bill" Hartman's Obituary
William E. Hartman “Bill”, 59, of Standardsville, VA, formerly of Cheektowaga, NY, passed away on Friday March 3, 2023 at UVA Culpeper Medical Center after a brief battle with cancer.
Bill was born on August 2, 1963 in Fauquier County, VA, to the late W. Lee Hartman and Nella M. Turner Hartman.
He is survived by his daughter, Jeanette L. (Tony) Ontiveros; grandchildren, Larissa F. Ontiveros, Matthew W. Ontiveros; sisters, Lynda C. Hartman, Melissa A. Hartman (Randall Gray); brother, Wilson “Gene” Hartman; niece, Nichole L. (Ronald) Harlow; nephews, Brandon L. Hartman, Sean C. Morgan, Scott C. Morgan; and many extended family and friends.
The family wishes to thank everyone for their generous donations for Bill’s final arrangements.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Salem Volunteer Fire Department at 13428 Scotts Mill Rd. Culpeper, VA 22701.
