He enjoyed singing gospel music, was an avid gardener who took great pride in his rose bushes, and loved the Lord with all his heart. Franklin & Sons Bridge & Highway Construction of Winchester and after his retirement from Cintas in Culpeper he built his home primarily by himself. While battling with Alzheimer’s disease in his later years, Bill’s greatest joy came from his King Charles Spaniel “Paris”. He will be remembered as a hardworking man, a wonderful, caring father, and a man who showed unconditional love for all.
