Wendell Axtman's Obituary
Wendell Albert Axtman, 57, of Fredericksburg, formerly of Old Bridge, NJ, died on Wednesday, October 4, 2006 at Bowling Green Health Care Center.
Wendell was a veteran of the US Army serving during Vietnam.
Wendell is survived by his wife, Susan; two sons, William Axtman and Michael Axtman; five grandchildren; four sisters, Marian Vollans, Kathleen Richman, Virginia Adams and Madelyn Chappell; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Monday, October 9, 2006 at 7:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service on the corner of Courthouse Road and Southpoint Parkway The Rev. Bette Goglia will officiate. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at 10:00 am in Culpeper National Cemetery.
