Wayne Marshall Brown's Obituary
Wayne “Buddy” Marshall Brown, 90, of Culpeper, died Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville. He was born November 7, 1934, in Culpeper to the late Edward Brown and Weda Yowell.
Buddy spent 33 years working for VDOT before retiring early. He enjoyed woodworking, and later crafting when he could no longer do woodworking. Most of all he loved giving his creations to others.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Brown; six grandchildren, Christopher, Brian, Bruce, Nicole, Samantha, and Buster; and 5 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Buddy is preceded in death by his son, Timothy Wayne Brown; and one brother, John E. Brown.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA with Pastor Steve Harrelson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
