Warren "Tim" Hall's Obituary
Warren “Tim” Hall, 70, of Fredericksburg earned his wings on Monday, June 17, 2019.
Tim enlisted in the Army after a work-related injury deterred his original plan. He was proud of his time served, and especially enjoyed being stationed in Italy. As a young man, he enjoyed collecting comic books and vinyl records. He was an avid Redskins fan, whether they were winning or losing. Tim loved to drive, both leisurely and professionally. He was a bus driver with the DC Metro system for over 30 years.
Tim is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Georgette; his children, Marcus Hall, Sr., Chris Hall, Danyelle Young, Michael Hall, Jasmine Hall, Warren Hall, Jr., and Taurus Hall; his siblings, Jean Prince, Lowaun Bigesby, Chris Hall and Rose Tydings; six grandchildren, including a special grandson, Marcus; a host of nieces, nephews and other loving extended family.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Calvin and Ronald Toomer.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 24, 2019 at Culpeper National Cemetery, 502 East Chandler Street, Culpeper.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
