Wanda Jean Elliott's Obituary
With profound sadness, we mourn the passing of Wanda Jean Elliott who peacefully departed this world on July 27, 2025. Born in 1964, to Barbara Ann Elliott (Morris) and John Garfield Elliott Jr of Amissville, Va. Wanda carried a spirit of grace and kindness that touched lives far and wide. Especially her younger brother John G Elliott III of Locust Grove, VA whom she loved to spoil. Kimberly B Elliott was more than just a sister-in-law to her she was like a sister. And then there is James Ried, the love of her life who brought her immense joy and showered her with love.
Though her physical presence is no longer with us, her generous heart and radiant spirit will ever remain alive in our memories. Wanda's unyielding optimism and her ability to find beauty in the ordinary will remain an inspiration to all who knew her.
In these moments of loss and sadness, let us remember Wanda for the compassionate soul she was. May her journey ahead be as serene and beautiful as the life she led. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
The family will receive friends Sunday, August 3, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
