RIH cousin Wallace. You will be missed.

I remember being 16 years old in Turnbull with William we saw his father's car coming down the road he tried to hide me, Mr. Carter gets out of the car walks over to us and says "you don't have to push your little friend in the bushes William it's ok". He was always very loving and respectful to me from that day forward. He always had a story me a story every time I saw him. Much respect Mr. Carter rest in peace. I will always remember your love and kindness.
