Virginia Rae "Ginny" Teske's Obituary
Virginia Rae "Ginny" Teske was suddenly called home to our Lord on Saturday, March 26, 2022.
Born February 12, 1947, to Raymond and Hazel Teske of Eldora IA, Ginny, to all who knew her, a strong and independent woman who touched the lives of every person she met.
She spent 25 years as the Office Manager for Radiology P.C of Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, IA, and retired in 1997. Her weekends were filled with spending time at Trinity Lutheran Church where she once conducted the hand bell choir, played French horn in the brass quartet, and sang in the choir. She had the voice of an angel!
She had devoted her entire life to her only child and best friend, Heidi. This incredible woman showed me every day how to be the best version of myself, and that anything is possible! It was with her support and guidance that I was able to raise two intelligent, respectful, and thoughtful children. She was very close with her grandchildren and had a very unique bond with both of them. We miss her deeply.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Hazel Teske; and granddaughter, Alana Ordess.
She is survived by her daughter, Heidi Teske Ordess; granddaughter, Alexis C. Ordess; grandson, Ashton M. Ordess; brother, Randy Teske; and cousin, Carolyn Ford-Shugar.
Burial will take place in Iowa at a later date.
