Virginia "Sis" Jenkins' Obituary
Virginia Frances Jenkins “Sis”, 88, died Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born June 3, 1925 in Rappahannock County to the late James Benjamin and Lucy Kennedy Jenkins.
Virginia is survived by her sisters; Jane Elkins, Mary Early, Lois Short, Ruth Geil and Sarah Smoot.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister; Jessie Jarrell and a brother, Benjamin Jenkins.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 from 6 to 8 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 12 pm at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Roger Smith officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the charity of your choice.
The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff at Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center for their loving care of Virginia over the years.
