Virgil Wayne Tyler's Obituary
Virgil “Wayne” Tyler, 82, of Culpeper passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at his residence. He was born November 21, 1943, in Loris, SC.
Wayne is survived by his wife of 59 years, Freda “Kay” Tyler, son Terry Wayne Tyler and his wife, Lamekka; grandson, Corey; sisters- in- law; BJ King and husband, Bob, and Deana Carte; and a host of additional family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 12 p.m. at Culpeper National Cemetery, 501 E. Chandler Street, Culpeper, VA with Minister Mike Morgan officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the United States Marine Corps.
