Viola May Merchant's Obituary
Viola May Merchant, 88, of Fredericksburg passed away Friday, August 13, 2010 at Mary Washington Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Anthony L. Merchant; four sons, Gene and his wife, Kathy, Roger and his wife, Theresa, John and Lee; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two brothers, Berkley and Linwood King and a sister, Dorothy Ashburn.
Viola's family will receive friends Tuesday, August 17, 2010 from 11:00am-12:00pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Fredericksburg with a funeral service to be held at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers Viola's family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Mary Washington Hospice, 1520 Southpoint Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
