Victoria Lynn Sowers
Victoria Lynn Sowers, 50, passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 30, 2016 at her residence. Victoria was born on April 17, 1965 in Culpeper to Mr. James Wesley Smith and the late Frances Ann Hitt Smith.
Victoria was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend, she had been a live in caregiver for her father over the last few years.
In addition to her father, Victoria is survived by her daughter Kandis Sowers of Charlottesville, Virginia and two siblings, her sister Sandy Wenzel of Sand Springs, Oklahoma and her brother Chris Smith of Oklahoma.
The family will be holding a memorial service at 6:30 p.m. on April 14 2016 at Culpeper Christian Community Center 118 North East St. with Pastor Jeff Light officiating.
