Vanessa Anabelle Campos' Obituary
Vanessa Anabelle Campos, 17, of Fredericksburg passed away Friday, May 20, 2016.
Vanessa attended Courtland High School, where she was a member of the JROTC program, and played softball and basketball. She had an appetite for life, was very caring to those around her and was known to her family and friends as a clown.
Vanessa’s smile would light up the room and will be fondly remembered. She spent time at the Wounded Warrior’s clinic, where she was a great comfort and friend to those she met. Vanessa will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her parents, Hector and Ligia Campos; two brothers, Matthew Campos and his wife, Gracey, and Patrick Campos; a sister, Gabby Campos; a nephew, Isaiah; a niece, Aliana; her best friend, Danielle Foster; and many other extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. Vanessa’s family requests that everyone attending the visitation wears her favorite color, royal blue. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be private.
