Valetta Jean Lawson's Obituary
Valetta Jean Lawson, 69, of Orange, died Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Martha Jefferson Hospital. She was born March 1, 1953 in Pennsylvania to the late Valetta and Samuel Martin, Sr.
Valetta loved all things Christmas, and was looking forward to the birth of her first great grandchild.
She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Ronald Lawson; her son, David Magiera, Jr. (Mollie); one stepdaughter, Heather Lawson; her siblings, Samuel Martin, Jr. (Roz) and Betsy Sofaly; grandchildren, Caden Magiera and David Magiera, III; and two step-grandchildren, Tiffany Dyer and A.J. Dyer.
In addition to her parents, Valetta is preceded in death by one sister, Barbara James.
