Tonya Rose Gibson's Obituary
Tonya Rose Gibson, 66, of Spotsylvania County passed away Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.
Tonya is survived by three daughters, Tonya Dellinger and her husband, John of Mississippi, Laurie Skaggs and her husband, Craig of Stanley, VA and Tina Gibson and her companion, Donald Harpine of Broadway, VA; two sons, Grover Gibson, II and his wife, Carol, and William Gibson and his companion, Lisa Lacey, all of Spotsylvania; her brother, Barry Goddard of Kentucky; 17 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Grover Lewis Gibson.
Tonya’s family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2012 in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends are invited to join in the funeral procession, which will leave Found and Sons Funeral Chapel at 10:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, Tonya’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, 2600 Network Blvd, Suite 300, Frisco, TX 75034.
