Timothy Alan Snyder's Obituary
Tim Snyder, 53 of Fredericksburg, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at his home.
Tim was a member of the Fraternal Orders of Eagles, Cool Springs Road; Outdoor Life Lodge of Tarentum, Pennsylvania and Our Lady Catholic Church, Louisville, Kentucky.
Tim is survived by his wife of 18 years, Cindy; his son, Zachary A. Kolan and his fiancée, Samantha Anderson of Fredericksburg; his daughter, Maggie A. Snyder of the home; his parents, Lee and Betty Snyder of Louisville, KY; his sister, Barbara S. Alderson and her husband, Art of Bentonville AK; two brothers, Dennis L. Snyder and his wife, Debra and L. Ray Snyder and his wife, Beverly, all of Louisville, KY; two granddaughters, Madison J. and Zoey P. Kolan, both of Fredericksburg and eleven nieces and nephews.
Tim’s family will receive friends Saturday, September 18, 2010 from 10:00-11:00 am at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg with a memorial service starting at 11:00 am with Pastor Brent Martin officiating. A reception will follow at St. Mathias United Methodist Church, 426 Deacon Road, Fredericksburg.
In lieu of flowers Tim’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Mary Washington Hospice, 5012 Southpoint Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA 22407 or to the Lung Cancer Foundation of America, 15 South Franklin Street, New Ulm, MN 56073.
