Timothy Butler's Obituary
Timothy Scott Butler, 33 of Culpeper, went to be with our Lord on August 24, 2010 at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville. Tim was born September 13, 1976 in Charlottesville to Scott Randolph Butler and Peggy Lee Butler.
Tim enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR and Redskins football. He will be missed by all.
In addition to his parents, Tim is survived by his finance, Tammy Tharpe of Rappahannock, his two daughters Alyssa and Mikayla Butler, his siblings, Peggy Jo Menefee and her husband Mike of Culpeper, Clinton S. Butler of Spotsylvania and Tammy Butler of Culpeper, his nieces and nephews include Matthew C. Butler, Dylan M. Menefee, Haylee N. Menefee, Austin S. Butler and Katelyn M. Butler, his paternal grandparents Charles and Margaret Sowers of Madison as well as a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Tim is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Hubert L. Howington and Mary J. Knowler.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, August 27, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Ron Young officiating.
Honorary Pallbearers named will be Michael Menefee, Matthew Butler, Clinton Butler, Archie Dodson, Robert Kreitz and Gary Howington.
