Timothy Wayne Aponte's Obituary
Timothy Wayne Aponte, 40, of Spotsylvania County, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 with his family by his side.
Although Timmy was disabled for the last 20 years, he always dedicated his time to helping others. Timmy loved to take care of others, especially his parents and his dogs, Bambi and Thumper. Timmy loved to bow hunt, fish, and mud bogging. He liked to spend time with his 4-wheel drive club members, the Southern Pride Mud Racing.
Timmy is survived by his mother, Patsy Geel (Terry); his father, Timothy H. Aponte; a brother, Michael Aponte (Christina); his nephews; numerous lifelong friends; and other loving extended family.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; and a nephew, Tyson.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Friday, September 20, 2019 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, September 21, 2019 in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will take place at a later date at Mine Road Baptist Church Cemetery.
