Thomas Russell Swindler's Obituary
Thomas R. Swindler, 76, of Culpeper passed away at his residence on Wednesday, October 10, 2007. He was born on July 1, 1931 in Rappahannock County to the late Russell B. and Anna B. Swindler.
Mr. Swindler served his country in the United States Army retiring after twenty years.
He is survived by his wife, Heide Swindler, his daughter, Corina Flora and her husband, Mark and their daughter, Shania Flora, two sons, Thomas H. Swindler and his wife, Vickie, and Michael R. Swindler, and his sister, Linda Swindler.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Swindler.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 14, 2007 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 15, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel.
Interment will follow in Culpeper National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Family Care Home Health and Hospice, P.O. Box 592, Culpeper, VA 22701.
