Thomas C. Barnes, 79, of Spotsylvania County, passed away Friday, November 21, 2008 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Dorothy Barnes.
Thomas lived in Cleveland, Ohio for over 50 years. He relocated to Fredericksburg after his wifes passing.
A private service will be held at a later date.
