Thomas Obed Madden, III, was born on August 17, 1946. He passed away on December 20, 2022, at Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg, VA as a result of an intestinal infection and complications of Parkinson’s. He is survived by Read Obituary
Evelyn and family, please accept my sincere condolences. Thomas was such a hard-working, kind, and gentle soul. His zest for knowledge, sense of humor, and love of animals are what I remember most about him. May God comfort you and bring you peace through the memories you share of your beloved Thomas.
